Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Join me for an evening of yin yoga and yoga nidra.

Enjoy a beautiful yin yoga sequence with the aim to slowly move deeper into relaxation; nourishing and restoring body and mind.

Yoga nidra is a deep relaxation practice; it’s the place between being asleep and awake, allowing you to welcome everything and to experience a deep sense of peace and restfulness.

Please bring your own props; blankets, cushions, bolsters, blocks… whatever you have at home or need to be comfortable, but bring at least 1 or 2 blankets.
